Innovation Norway Houston is pleased to announce the availability of offices to lease for Norwegian companies planning to establish in Houston. The offices are located at 3410 W. Dallas in close proximity to downtown Houston with easy access to I-10 and the Energy Corridor. The completely renovated building will house 7 individual offices and 3 workstations available for rent. Availability of these offices is on first come first serve basis.

Tenants will have access to two large conference rooms, a kitchen and lounge area and an exercise room. All offices will have phone, printer, fax and scanner capabilities.

Monthly Rates for Office Space at 3410 W. Dallas is as follows:

Standard Office: NOK 12,000/month. Enclosed office space.

Workstation: NOK 6,000/month. Workstation in open area.

Flex Office: NOK 4,000/month. 8 weeks yearly use of a workstation.

Tenants will also have regular access to ongoing market development projects being conducted by Innovation Norway & INTSOK.

3410 W. Dallas is a newly renovated building which will also house the offices of the Royal Norwegian Consulate General, Innovation Norway, INTSOK and the Norwegian American Chamber of Commerce.
