Jørand Ødegård Lunde, acting chair of the board, Oppland

Jørand Ødegård Lunde is the CEO of Valdres Natur- og Kulturpark. She is also a farmer, and has an education in history, organisation and management as well as board competance.

Ødegård heads the Klagenemda for bygdeutviklingssaker. She is a former member of Oppland County Council, and a former board member of Innovation Norway in Oppland county. She has previously been a member of the Norwegian Agricultural Marketing Board and the County Board of Agriculture in Oppland county.

 

Kim Daniel Arthur, Troms

Kim Daniel Arthur har operativ erfaring fra oppstartbedrifter, både som gründer og investor. Han har erfaring fra selskaper i London, San Francisco, Tokyo, Beijing og Tromsø. Arthur har blant annet vært med-gründer av Superplus og FLOW Coworking, leder av Studio Japan i selskapet Electronics Arts i Tokyo, Vice President Global Studios GM Mobile i Playfish/Electronic Arts, CTO Asia-Pacific- leder av Studio UK og Glu Mobile i Beijing og Kreativ Direktør i Itet.  

I 2015 hadde han også et engasjement som Professor II i Computer Science & Entrepreneurship ved Universitetet i Tromsø.

 

Arvid Andenæs, Sogn og Fjordane

Arvid Andenæs has been the managing director of Sparebanken Sogn og Fjordane from 2001-2016.

He has previously worked as a director in Fokus Bank/Danske Bank in Nord-Norge, manager in KPMG and executive vice president in Sparebanken Nord-Norge. He has been chair of the Banks Association and director of Fjord 1 and Finans Norge. Andenæs has an MBA and Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School.

 


Helene Falck Fladmark, Agder

Helene Falch Fladmark holds an engineering degree from NTH and is the Managing Director of the Eyde Cluster, a cluster organisation for the process industry in Norway 

She has been the director of public policy in Tekna and has worked in NHO's international department. She also has experience as a member of parliament, where she was a member of the standing committee for Church, Education and Research affairs. Fladmark has experience from the start-up company iFinger Ltd in London.

Fladmark is a member of The Norwegian Board of Technology and The Norwegian Research Council's innovation division. She also has board member experience from Enova, Statskog, The University of Agder and SB Skog.

 

 

Wenche Kjølås, Hordaland

Kjølås holds a business graduate degree from the Norwegian School of Economics, where she specialised in economic management and financing, organisation and strategy. She has also studied Strategic Management and Innovation at INSEAD in Paris.

Kjølås is the CEO of Grieg Maturitas AS. She has previously worked as the CFO of Grieg Logistics AS, CFO of Kavli Holding AS, CEO of O. Kavli AS, CFO of Kavli Holding AS, finance manager of Hakon Gruppen AS, and as a manager in Deloitte (Touche Ross) Management Consultants Bergen.

Kjølås is a board member of Grieg Seafood ASA, board member of Grieg Logistics AS, Chairman of the board of Grieg Group Resources AS, board member of Grieg Property AS and chair of the board of Keolos Norge AS. She is also a former board member of DOF ASA, PGS ASA, Cermaq ASA and chair of the board of Flytoget Airport Express Train.

 

 

Jan Løkling, Telemark

Jan Løkling holds an engineering degree from Bergen University College and participated in a program in Organisation and Human Resource Development at Teachers College Columbia University. Løkling has held several executive positions in Hydro from 1971 until 2009.

He has been chair of the board of the Grenland Group from 2006-2010, an a board member from 2000-2010, as well as served on the boards of several unlisted companies. He served as chair of the board of Altinex in the 1990s. Løkling has experience from restructuring processes and the establishment of new enterprises, especially in industrially focused  municipalities.

 

 

Kristin Misund, Østfold

Kristin Misund is R&D director of Borregaard, and is experienced in research and research-related activities. 

She is a board member of the Research Board of the Norwegian Research Council and of the Norwegian Defence Research Institute. Misund has lead the programme board of NANO2021. She has also served as a board member, Vice Chair and Chair of the the regional board of Innovation Norway Oslo, Akershus and Østfold. Misund holds a degree from NTH.

 

 

Heidi Wang, Nord-Trøndelag

Heidi Wang holds a bachelor degree in health and tourism from Sør-Trøndelag University College. She is a founding entrepreneur and manager of the company Noen AS.

Wang is currently a board member of Grong Sparebank, and has been a board member of different companies, also Ungt Entreprenørskap, a mediator for the conflict mediation service in Nord-Trøndelag, as well as held several political roles in Steinkjer and Nord-Trøndelag.

Leela Borring Låstad holds a law degree from the University of Copenhagen.
She has experience from banking and financing, and has worked in Innovation Norway since 2012. She works with debt recovery and restructuring within the Finance and Restructuring department.

Borring Låstad is leader of the union Finansforbundet in Innovation Norway.

 

 

 

Gaute Hagerup, Madrid

Gaute Hagerup has worked in Innovation Norway since 2008.
He led Innovation Norway's Madrid office from 2014-2017 and is now the head of Innovation Norway's work on smart cities and communities. Hagerup har previously been responsible for organisational development and leadership development in Statkraft and Ica. He holds a degree in organisation and strategy from the University of Warvick in the UK, and innovation leadership from BI Norwegian Business School.
