Per Otto Dyb, chair of the board, Oslo
Per Otto Dyb is a graduate from the Norwegian Institute of Technology and the Norwegian Export School.
Dyb is a former CEO of Siemens Norway AS, where he previously held various management positions.
He has held management positions at ABB Flexible Automation AS in Switzerland and Norway. Dyb has also held senior positions at Tandberg Data both in the U.S. and in Norway. He is the chairman of the board at Siemens Høreapparater AS, a board member at Veidekke ASA and of GC Rieber AS.
Dyb has previously been a member of the board in Nevion AS, Hatteland Display AS, Ask/InFocus AS, Kverneland ASA, Hjellegjerde ASA, Scan-Sense AS and AS Norpower.
Tone Merethe Lindberg, Deputy Chair, Nordland
Tone Merethe Lindberg has a university college degree in personnel development and management. She is the CEO of HABU Technology AS. In 2013 she worked as a project manager at Kunnskapsparken Nord on industrial development in Northern Norway, with particular focus on the oil industry. She has 15 years' experience from the defence industry and the oil and gas industry. For five years she was managing director of Natech NSV AS in Narvik.
Lindberg sits on the boards of Flytoget AS, Nammo AS, Walecon WLC AS, the foundation Nordland Red Cross War Memorial Museum and the Narviksenteret foundation. She has previously been a board member of Investinor AS.
Reidar Bye, Nord-Trøndelag
Reidar Bye has a degree in business economics. Mr Bye is the Senior Executive Vice President of SINTEF.
He has previously held various executive positions in Norske Skog AS.
He is Chair of the Board of SINTEF Energy Research AS and SINTEF Raufoss Manufacturing AS, and is Deputy Chair of the Board of Nord-Trøndelag University College. He was Chair of the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) in Sør-Trøndelag from 2006 until 2009.
Jan Løkling, Telemark
Jan Løkling graduated with an engineering degree from Bergen Ingeniørhøgskole (now Bergen University College) in 1977 and continued his education at, among other places, Columbia University in Organisation and Human Resource Development.
Mr Løkling has held several executive positions in Hydro from 1971 until 2009. He has been Chair of the Board of the Grenland Group since 2006, a board member since 2000 and has held directorships in several non-listed companies. He served as Chair of the Board of Altinex in the 1990s.
Mr Løkling has wide-ranging experience from restructuring processes and the establishment of new enterprises in municipalities that have one dominant industry.
Jørand Ødegård Lunde, Oppland
Jørand Ødegård Lunde is a self-employed businesswoman, fur breeder and farmer. She has a degree in organisation and management and board competence.
She is a member of Oppland County Council. She is a board member of Oppland fylkeskraft, Vang Energiverk KF and Oslo skinnauksjoner, among others.
She has previously been a member of the Norwegian Agricultural Marketing Board, the County Board of Agriculture in Oppland county, the Norwegian Fur Breeders’ Association, Valdres Næringsutvikling AS and a board member of Innovation Norway in Oppland county.
Martha Kold Bakkevig, Rogaland
Martha Kold Bakkevig graduated with a Dr. Scient degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 1995 and a Dr. Oecon degree from BI Norwegian Business School in 2007. She is the Managing Director of DeepWell AS.
She is a board member at Mera AS, Prekubator TTO, SIM tankrenovasjon and Scana Industrier. She is a former member of the boards at the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO), Abelia, the Research Council of Norway and the Norwegian Space Centre, among others.
Wenche Kjølås, Hordaland
Kjølås is an economist educated at the Norwegian School of Economics. She specialized in economic management and financing and organization and strategy. She has also studyed Strategic Management and Innovation at INSEAD in Paris.
Kjølås is the CEO of Grieg Maturitas AS. She was previously the CFO at Grieg Logistics AS, CFO at Kavli Holding AS, CEO at O. Kavli AS, CFO of Kavli Holding AS, Finance Manager at Hakon Grup AS, and a Manager for Touche Ross Management Consultants Bergen.

Einar Enger, Oslo
Einar Enger has a degree from the Agricultural University of Norway (now the Norwegian University of Life Sciences). He has previously held the position of CEO of NSB AS. He has also held the position of CEO at Tine Norske Meierier BA, Vestfold-Buskerud slakteri and Fellesmeieriet.

Heidi Wang, Nord-Trøndelag
Heidi Wang is educated within Health and tourism and holds a bachelor’s degree from Sør-Trøndelag University College. She is currently a manager and entrepreneur in the company Noen AS.
Wang is currently a board member at the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) Trøndelag, and she has experience as a board member at Ungt Entreprenørskap, a mediator for Konfliktrådet in Nord-Trøndelag and she has been involved in the political scene in Steinkjer and Nord-Trøndelag.

Haaversen Westhassel works at head office in the Entrepreneurship and International Business Development Department. He has many years' experience from working with entrepreneurship and his work currently focuses on young people.
Toini H. A. Ness, Buskerud
Ness works at the Buskerud and Vestfold district office. She has worked for the organisation since the Norwegian Industrial and Regional Development Fund was established in 1997.
She now works as a team leader for travel and tourism and culture, and is a member of the strategic team for travel and tourism and innovation at the national level.
