Bernard Lamothe has a business administration background in international trade from the HETE International Academy in Pau (France) and the University of Liverpool (UK). He has over 20 years' experience from various sectors such as banking, fine food and wine, real estate, and export consulting, in addition to radio, tourism and events, and education. He has lived in 5 countries, including 20 years in Norway. He joined Innovation Norway Paris at the end of 2016. Bernard speaks French, English and Norwegian.

Marc Rousselet has 15 years’ experience in offshore Oil & Gas industry and 3 years’ experience in renewable energies – Offshore Wind and Hydrogen – in Norway and France, with international assignments in e.g., South Korea. Business development, asset management, strategic partnership and project management are the areas of his expertise, with a focus on project financing. Marc Rousselet holds a Master of Science in Fluid Dynamics from NTNU and an Executive Master in Business Administration from HEC Paris. He speaks French, English and Norwegian.
