For Cyprus this is the 1st Call for Proposals, while it is the 2nd Call for Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania and Slovakia. Restricted Calls will be published for Latvia, Malta, Poland, and Slovenia in the very near future. Hungary will be eligible as soon as the respective agreement is signed.
About the Programme:
The objective of the Programme is strengthened tripartite cooperation between employer organisations, trade unions and public authorities and the promotion of decent work, in close cooperation with Norwegian partners. The Programme will support social dialogue and contribute to improve decent work practices and to facilitate access to employment. Applicants must be constituted as legal entities in the Beneficiary States or Norway.
All information regarding the eligibility conditions is included in the Call text. For Cyprus, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Romania and Slovakia the deadline for submitting applications is Wednesday 4 March 2020, at 13.00 local time.
For Croatia and Lithuania the deadline for submitting the applications is Wednesday 22 April 2020, at 13.00 local time.
We would also like to inform you that a Call for Travel Support under the Programme has also been published and is available at the below link. The objective of this support is to facilitate establishment of bilateral partnerships between eligible entities in the Beneficiary States and Norway with the intent to prepare joint project applications under the Call for proposals.
Results: First Call
The First Call for project proposals of the Social Dialogue and Decent Work Programme was closed on 7 February 2019. 61 applications were received by the closing date of the call.
The total grant amount applied for in 11 countries is approximately Euro 9,8 million out of 10,6 million available. 46 projects have been shortlisted for support with a total grant of Euro 6,2 million. The final list of selected projects will be published as soon as all the project contracts have been signed.
