About the Programme: 

The objective of the Programme is strengthened tripartite cooperation between employer organisations, trade unions and public authorities and the promotion of decent work.

The Programme is part of the Norway Grants 2014-2021. The Norway Grants, together with the EEA Grants, aim at contributing to reduce economic and social disparities in the European Economic Area (EEA) and to strengthen bilateral relations between the Donor States (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) and the Beneficiary States.

Results: First Call

The First Call for project proposals of the Social Dialogue and Decent Work Programme was closed on 7 February 2019.

61 applications were received by the closing date of the call. The total grant amount applied for in 11 countries is approximately Euro 9,8 million out of 10,6 million available. Depending on the remaining funds that will be available after the selection of projects, a second open call will be considered for some countries.

A First Call for Cyprus will be published later this year, while the First Call for Hungary is pending until the conclusion of the formal agreement between the Donor States and Hungary.
