The Social Dialogue and Decent Work Programme under the Norway Grants is currently funding 60 projects as a result of two rounds of calls in 12 Beneficiary States.
In Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, the remaining national budget allocations allow for a third and last open Calls for Project Proposals, and these are now available under the following links:
• Bulgaria Call for Proposals
• Cyprus Call for Proposals
• Czech Republic Call for Proposals
• Slovakia Call for Proposals
Projects shall contribute to strengthened cooperation between employer organisations, trade unions and public authorities, preferably in close cooperation with Norwegian partners. Funding is available for projects which support social dialogue, improve decent work practices and facilitate access to employment.
See the respective Call text for all details on outcomes, eligibility criteria, available funding, mandatory documents and essential reading.
Who can apply?
The following entities in the relevant Beneficiary State or in Norway are eligible
a) social partners (employers’ organisations and trade unions)
b) public authorities and institutions that have statutory roles related to decent work or tripartite cooperation
c) organisations of public authorities that have within their mandate the promotion of decent work and/or tripartite dialogue
Who can be partner?
In addition to entities mentioned above as eligible project applicants, the projects can also involve as partners other legal entities in the relevant Beneficiary State or in Norway, e.g. NGO’s and research institutions, as long as these work on programme related issues. See more details on the eligibility of partners in the relevant call texts and documents published with the calls.
