Portugal: Open Call on Partnerships for Innovation between Norway and Portugal
© Diogo Palhais FeraigThe bilateral fund for cooperation between Norway and Portugal offer funding for partnerships on innovation through a simplified open call. Both Norwegian and Portuguese entities can apply together with a partner.

Funding will be made available only to Bilateral Initiatives that clearly demonstrate innovative approaches and/or solutions with a clear bilateral aim and with tangible bilateral results.
The deadline is 25 May 2023.
