The EEA Grants Programme on Business Development, Innovation and SMEs in Lithuania launches an Open Call for Project Proposals on ICT!
Norwegian-Lithuanian partnership projects are highly encouraged.
The call deadline is 3 March 2023.
The available budget for the call is approx. 3,000,000 euro.
Grant amount per project could be in the range of 200,000-600,000 euro.
The grant rate (aid intensity) for acquisition of technological solutions (equipment, including software) is 45% for micro and small entities and 35% for medium entities. The aid intensity for consultancy is up to 50%.
Any small or medium sized enterprise (SMEs) established as a legal person in Lithuania.
Eligible partners are any private or public entity, commercial or non-commercial, established as a legal person in Norway or in Lithuania.
Projects that include a Norwegian partners are highly encouraged with additional points in selection.
The EEA and Norway Grants also aim to strengthen the bilateral cooperation between Lithuania and Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. The open call encourages partnerships in the projects with additional points in selection.

There are travel grants available for Norwegian or Lithuanian entities to travel and meet each other with the aim of exploring a joint application.
