The Energy Audits call is launched

About the call

An Energy Audit will be required in order to be eligible for further calls under the focus area Energy Efficiciency, of the Energy Programme in Romania. Therefore, financial support will be provided where the only activity is performing an Energy Audit.

For future calls, the grants will support implementation of energy efficiency measures. The calls are expected to be launched mid‐2019. Possible actions in these future calls could be targetted towards areas like:

• Energy efficiency in buildings,
• Modern technologies and ICT,
• Improved energy and resource efficiency of products, public transport, industrial transport related to goods, waste etc.)

All projects financed under the Energy Efficiency focus area are required to contribute to CO2 reductions.

Who can apply?

Eligible applications are any entity, private or public, commercial or non commercia and non-governmental organisations, established as a legal person in Romania. This Call is targeted towards Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Non-governmental Organisations, including social enterprises with economic activities.
