Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Slovakia - Then you may be eligible for funding as a project promoter under the Business Development, Innovation and SMEs-programme.
Project partners - are you a company registered in Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein?
Public and private entities registered in one of those countries can get co-financing as partners or subcontractors in projects under the EEA and Norway Grants. Read our guidance in Norwegian.
What are project promoters and project partners?
Project partnerships consist of (at least) two parts: the project promoter and the project partner. The project promoter is the legal person having the responsibility for initiating, preparing and implementing a project in the context of EEA and Norway Grants. The project partner is a legal person which provides assistance to the project promoted. This assistance is expected to be in the form a unique contribution that must be essential to the success of the project.
Building a project collaboration takes time and requires mutual trust. It is therefore wise to start looking for a partner even before calls have been published. We can recommend attending one of our matchmaking events to find potential partners. Have a look to see if there are any upcoming events.
