Fueled by a need to transform their energy mix, Japan has an ambition of installing 35-45 GW offshore wind by 2040. The first 10 GW has been planned with yearly auctions of roughly 1 GW. The first round was concluded in Dec 2021 with a Mitsubishi-led consortium winning all three bids by undercutting the competition on price (1,67 GW). Join this delegation program to explore the possibilities of this exciting market.
