The GET-program 2018 will run through these dates: 

  • Kickoff, in Oslo, 2 days March 20 - 21
  • Boston, at Babson College, April 22 - 27
  • Follow-up session, in Oslo, September 6

(Later applications will be accepted after the deadline, however subject to availability.) 

Cost and funding:

Participation fee is NOK 20,000 per person. The fee covers tuition, keynotes, workshops and lectures through:

  • 2 days kickoff in Oslo
  • 5 days in Boston (Babson College)
  • 1 day follow-up session in Oslo

Also included is accomodation (and meals) 5 days at Babson Conference Center.

Travel, accomodation (in Oslo), insurance and living expenses during your stay are not included and is to be paid by the participants.

Babson College

The five day entrepreneurial training at Babson College in Boston is a tailor made program and focuses on preparing Norwegian business leaders for international growth.

Kick-off in Oslo

The 2-day kick-off in Oslo is where you get to know your fellow GET participants. It is also an introduction to the GET program and advises you on how to prepare for the stay in Boston to gain maximum outcome from participation.

Furthermore, you will meet participants from the upcoming and earlier classes of both the GET program, the TINC Silicon Valley program and the Entrepreneurial Marketing program in New York.

Together with approx. 25 fellow entrepreneurs from Norway you will be learning from real life business challenges through company cases, discussions, seminars and group work, and apply lessons learnt to your own business.

Follow-up session

A follow-up session will be run in Oslo in September. This is a good opportunity to revisit, share and discuss your learnings and findings.

We are looking for executives from companies with following characteristics:

  • Proven (or promising) international market potential
  • Plans for (or in process of) global growth/scale
  • Potential for high growth
  • High tech product/service
  • From industries including (but not limited to): ICT, clean tech, renewable energy, medtech and biotech, oil & gas, maritime.


Fees, terms and conditions

Fee per participant is NOK 20.000 which covers:

  • Tuition fee at Babson College
  • Accommodation and meals at Babson:
    - 5 nights
    - 3 meals per day
  • Kick-off in Oslo including, keynotes, workshops, lunch and dinner

The following is NOT covered by the fee (i.e. covered by the participant):

  • Travel and transportation costs
  • Accommodation, remaining meals and other costs for Kick-Off and Follow-up session in Oslo
