The United Kingdom is an important market for the Norwegian tourism industry with 519 000 British guest nights in Norway in 2010. With Norway’s unique experiences and products the country is considered to hold great potential for British tourists. The London team focuses the market activities around consumer campaigns e.g. summer, winter and short break campaigns. In 2011 there will be an increased focus on Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Winter without Ski and Northern Lights experiences. Furthermore, the efforts in the Meetings segment will be continued.
