ACT Arctic Cluster Team

Arctic Cluster Team (ACT) is one of Norway's leading industrial clusters, and includes process industry with partners from across the industrial value chain. ACT aims to be in the forefront of the sustainable transformation in Norway. Through increased innovation capacity and competitiveness in the industry, ACT will contribute to meeting Norway's obligations under the Paris Agreement.

The cluster develops new solutions for CO2 reduction, circular economy and smart production for Northern Norway, Paris and the whole world. The process companies work together to find new solutions, and the suppliers contribute to innovation. A mix of large and small development-oriented supplier companies that have knowledge and proximity to the process industry provides opportunities for international commercialization of new technology, products and services. The collaboration with SINTEF, NTNU, UiT and other research institutions raises the level of innovation for new sustainable solutions.
