Proptech Innovation is a business cluster within real estate technology, with a focus on data-driven innovation, circular economy and zero emissions. Our vision is to make the real estate industry smart and sustainable.
The construction, civil engineering and real estate industry is Norway's largest mainland industry measured in value creation. The industry has some clear challenges: a large climate and environmental footprint, weak productivity growth and a significant digital lag. Proptech Innovation has over 80 members who have set out to change this. These are actors who plan, design, build, sell, operate, dismantle and rehabilitate real estate, there are technology and supplier companies, there are educational and research institutions - and other actors that are naturally part of the value chain, including both public actors, investors and specialized consulting companies.
