Join the Norwegian business delegation to Chile

On the occasion of the State Visit of Their Majesties King Harald and Queen Sonja to Chile, Innovation Norway are organising an official business delegation to Chile, Santiago, March 27 – 28, 2019.

The Norwegian State Visit to Chile will mark the first official visit to Chile since 1967. To mark the event, Norwegian companies are invited to join the accompanying business delegation and the Chile-Norway business summit 2019 in Santiago.

The State Visit and the business delegation offer an excellent opportunity for Norwegian companies to meet relevant business partners in Chile and is a great arena for networking and business opportunities. 

The business delegation will offer a varied program of business dinners and mingling as well as plenary sessions and parallel business sessions on relevant topics.

The planned business seminar program in Chile will cover the following topics:

  • Renewable energy
  • Sustainable solutions for aquaculture
  • Agriculture - Innovation, Automation & Digitalization
  • Defence & Satellite Technology
  • Smart City solutions

From the 29th to the 30th of March, participants have the possibility to follow the official delegation to Punta Arenas, where there will be organised an Antarctic seminar arranged by the foreign ministry.

Venue and fees:

The venue for the delegation program and seminars will be at the Hotel InterContinental in Santiago.

The participation fee is NOK 8000. The participation fee covers all events, official meals and seminar facilities. In addition, all participants will be responsible of booking their own travel arrangements.
