Submit HPO form

The applicants need to go through a validation process based on a dialogue with Innovation Norway. The outcome of this process can lead to a successful passing of the project for a final decision of an HPO project, a request for modifying and revising of the HPO project proposal or a refusal of the project proposal if it cannot meet the HPO criteria.
