Håkon Lerum Ward has more than 30 years’ experience from the Energy market in different roles and positions like start-up entrepreneurship, project manager, and in management positions. Most of his career has been devoted to the Brazilian and Norwegian upstream sector responsible for sales and marketing, business development, project management and engineering. During his career, he has held different management positions in Norway and he has also previously worked as General Manager of a Norwegian-owned subsidiary in Brazil.
Håkon has a Master’s Degree from the Department of Marine Technology at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
Bruno Leinio serves as Advisor/Project Manager for Innovation Norway South America covering demands from Norwegian industry in Renewable Energy and Smart Societies sectors. Coordinating international and multilateral projects and programs in the area. Bruno has his professional background on international trade development and international cooperation at national public institutions, mainly working in projects for energy, smart societies, and technology. Bruno holds a post-graduation in Economics and Environmental Businesses, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) also focused in Green Businesses.
Pilar Neves is a project manager at Innovation Norway South America and a specialist in the National Reputation Building area, with emphasis on the development and management of Gender Equality and Diversity policies for Norwegian companies. She also works as a consultant for Norwegian companies in the sectors of Aquaculture and Health, developing business in the region.
Raquel is project manager for oil and gas at Innovation Norway South America. Earlier she worked at the Economic Policy Secretariat (SPE) of the Ministry of Economy, at the Institute of Applied Economic Research (Ipea), and as a consultant for large companies in the retail, energy, and communication sectors. Also led the Economic Analysis team of the Brazilian Oil and Gas Institute (IBP) as a chief economist. Raquel is an economist graduated from the University of Brasília (UnB) and MSC in Energy Planning from Coppe (UFRJ) in Rio de Janeiro.
