Virtual B2B meetings between Nordic Companies and Indian Digital Companies

We are offering an opportunity for Nordic companies to have curated virtual B2B meetings with Indian digital companies to promote India-Nordic Region Digital Cooperation. The main event with B2B meetings will be organised on April 15 with a precursor outreach webinar on March 15.
Organised by The Indian Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MeitY) - Govt of India, National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM), Global Business Inroads (GBI) and Enterprise Europe Network-India.
Who should participate from Nordic region
Large multinationals & SMEs from Automotive, Mobility, Energy, Maritime, Water, Food & Agri, Aerospace, Industrial, BFSI, Pharma, CPG, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing Logistics, and other related sectors.
Who will participate from India
Companies having expertise in Engineering and R&D (includes Industry 4.0, PES, Embedded systems), AI, IoT, M2M, SAAS, Blockchain, Software Development, Big Data Management, Automation, etc. and will include some of the largest tech players from India to established SMEs and startups.
- March 15 - Procursor outreach webinar - Highlight the strengths of Indian Tech industry, case studies & walk through the plan for final B2Bs.
- April 15 - Virtual B2B meetings - B2B meetings
The following process will be followed for the main event on April 15:
Pre-Event:
Step 1 - Nordic companies share their requirements. This will help in matching the right Indian partner. It’s important to receive requirements at least 10 days before the event for successful outcomes.
No registration fees, but prior match-making is critical to ensure a better outcome.
Step 2 - Individual meetings by organisers with registered Nordic companies to understand requirements for accurate match-making
Step 3 - The profiles of suitable Indian companies shall be shared prior to the event so that meetings can be finalised.
On the day of the Event:
Step 4 - Each Nordic enterprise will have meetings with at least 4 Indian companies suited to their requirements.
Post-Event:
Step 5 - Nordic Enterprises and Indian Tech player who have met one on one will be connected over email to take discussions further. Nordic companies and Indian companies will be supported if they need any post-event follow up.
Nordic Companies can:
