SNIC 2021: Adopting future technologies NOW

Join our top experts who will uncover new business opportunities within sustainable maritime infrastructure and sustainable urban solutions in South East Asia and Europe!

NBAS, in partnership with Innovation Norway and the Norwegian Embassy in Singapore, cordially invites you to the second Singapore Norway Innovation Conference (SNIC 2021) - 20 and 21 October 2021.

    SNIC Day 1, 20 October 2021

The urgency of this year’s theme for SNIC – sustainability and innovation – is unquestionable:

The Secretary General of the United Nations labelled the IPCC-report from August this year ‘code red for humanity’.  Consequently, we have only a small window of opportunity to avoid global warming beyond 1,5 degrees.

However, at SNIC 2021, we will flip the coin and explore how the drive for sustainability and innovation offers new business opportunities within maritime sector, sustainable cities as well as the circular economy.

In other words, how we can turn code red for humanity into code green for business.

You can engage directly with leading global actors, companies and people at the forefront of the smart, green shift.  We will focus on:

    * How the global climate challenge creates business opportunities

    * Business openings stemming from the massive shift to green finance.

    * Business opportunities rising within the maritime sector and sustainable cities

    Engage directly with our experts

Sharanjit Leyl is our master and of ceremony and the moderator of all the segments of the conference.

She is an experienced international news journalist with background from BBC. She will conduct the below programme as a combination of keynote-speeches, fireside chats and panel discussion.

Sharanjit is well known for her ability to engage both a physical and a remote audience. So, we invite you to take active part in discovering the business opportunities within the maritime sector and sustainable cities. That is either you are with us in Suntec or you are participating remote.

You are warmly welcome at Suntec Convention Centre 20. October 2 PM-6 PM, sign up today. If you are not able to join physically, please sign up to participate in the conference online.
