Workshop: International market development – November 2026

Practical information
The workshop consists of four online sessions lasting 3–4 hours each:
All sessions run from 09:00 to 12:30.
Dates: 20 and 27 November, and 4 and 11 December.
Who is this relevant for?
This is for well-established companies with strong turnover and access to capital that are actively pursuing or seeking international growth and market entry within the next six to 12 months.
We will prioritise established companies with existing sales or turnover that are planning or working to enter new international markets. We will also consider companies that can be described as 'born globals' – companies with the financial resources to scale rapidly internationally.
Each company must send at least two people who play a key role in taking the business into international markets.
The workshop is free, but requires your active participation.
During the sessions, you will learn methods to:
- identify factors that could affect your business model in a new market
- test which markets could be relevant for your solution
- develop your business model, including in new markets
- understand the critical success factors you need to succeed internationally
- develop a plan for the next steps towards market launch
Our internationalisation advisers facilitate the sessions, with experts from our export centre, brand advisory team and offices around the world contributing along the way.
The workshop alternates between short presentations from us and time for you to work independently, with our guidance both during and between sessions.
Registration and eligibility:
We will assess the companies based on the criteria above. We will select 5–10 companies to take part.
Register your company's interest using the registration form.
