Changes to regional office management

From 15 October, we are introducing a new regional structure comprising six regions. Our aim is to maintain or improve our services to customers, both nationally and regionally, despite reduced capacity and fewer staff. We will remain close to our customers and county authorities, while enabling collaboration and making more effective use of expertise across our organisation.
‘We are making some changes to the management of our regional offices, but we will remain just as close to businesses across the country. Our aim is to devote more of our resources to businesses, so that customers can access the right expertise more quickly. Our regional presence will continue as before,’ says Tina Stiegler, EVP for Regional and Business Development at Innovation Norway.
‘Our customers will continue to meet us where they are, receive local support from us and have access to the same expertise as before,’ says Stiegler.
The change means that what was previously one regional management team per county will be consolidated into regional units:
- IN Arctic (covering Finnmark and Troms)
- IN Nordland (covering Nordland)
- IN Central Norway (Møre og Romsdal and Trøndelag)
- IN West (covering Rogaland and Vestland)
- IN East (covering Akershus, Innlandet, Oslo and Østfold).
- IN South (covering Agder, Buskerud, Vestfold and Telemark)
