Prior to joining Innovation Norway, Karin was an Executive Vice President, at the Nordic Financial Group Storebrand ASA. She was instrumental in lifting Sustainability to become a strategic enabler. In addition, Karin was on the Board of Storebrand Bank, and she was the Board Chair of UNDP`s Principles for Sustainable Insurance. Karin has extensive leadership experience within sectors as finance, ICT and renewable energy. She has lead teams across Europe, Asia, Africa and the US, is an experienced public speaker and former TV journalist for CNBC. She has lived in eight counties, and speak five languages. Karin and the team have great ambitions to increase business-to-business cooperation between Vietnam and Norway in the next years.
Lien Phuong Dang
Senior Advisor
Lien Phuong Dang is responsible for the aquaculture, seafood and ICT sectors. With nearly 20 years working experience in various organizations, she possesses a deep understanding of how to do business in Vietnam and a broad network of all key players in aquaculture, seafood and ICT. She will support Norwegian companies to evaluate business opportunities, identify relevant partners, establish a new business as well as other practical issues for their operation in Vietnam.

Quyen has long experience with international and local accounting practice. She keeps the office running smoothly with an enthusiastic manner. She assists other staff in admin and finance matters both for the office and project works.

Hai Le Tien is responsible for promoting the commercial activities of Norwegian companies in oil & gas and maritime sectors. Nearly 20 years working at PetroVietnam Group in the role of economic specialist, Hai Le Tien has established broad networks within Vietnam petroleum industry. Understanding deeply Vietnamese business culture and working style, especially those of state owned companies/corporations, he will help Norwegian companies to work well with Vietnamese partners for setting up business in oil & gas and maritime industry in Vietnam.
