Advisory on the EU's Digital Europe Programme

Small and medium-sized enterprises, start-ups and business clusters can apply for funding for projects that advance digital transformation, the use of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and other advanced technologies.
Most calls are designed as collaborative projects and require partners from several countries. Consortia may include businesses, clusters, research and innovation organisations, and public sector bodies.
Your company can access funding, expertise and networks by applying to calls under the DIGITAL programme. We offer advisory and guidance throughout the application process.
The programme is divided into several focus areas:
- High-performance computing
- Data, cloud services and artificial intelligence
- Cybersecurity
- Advanced digital skills
- Deployment of digital technologies across society and business
- Microelectronics/'chips'

We also provide information and guidance to businesses that want to access competence-building opportunities through this programme, including digital skills development and access to testing infrastructure from European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs). Norway has two EDIHs that offer businesses services at heavily discounted rates: Nemonoor and Oceanpolis.
DIGITAL Europe is the EU programme designed to accelerate digital development across Europe. The programme runs from 2021 to 2027, and Norwegian companies can participate on equal terms with companies in EU countries. The EU aims for 75% of businesses to use cloud computing, AI or big data by 2030.
The DIGITAL programme is a joint European initiative designed to
- strengthen business competitiveness
- ensure better and more efficient public services
- build digital competence and skills
- help solve global challenges related to climate, the environment, health and safety
- ensure technological independence
We work closely with the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency, the Research Council of Norway and the Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills to encourage Norwegian organisations to participate in the programme and use the services it offers.
