Building on our established and recognised TINC* scaleup programme, we present a framework for a one-week ‘Mini TINC’ programme for Norwegian health technology companies.

TINC is our intensive scaleup programme, designed to help ambitious technology companies accelerate their international growth. The programme helps companies validate product-market fit and their potential to scale globally. They gain the tools, network and insights they need to develop a strategy for growth and international success. Our unique network of mentors, investors and entrepreneurs gives companies insight into what it takes to succeed on the global stage.

This intensive one-week Mini TINC programme introduces Norwegian health technology companies to Silicon Valley’s unique ecosystem and the US health technology market.

The aim is to provide early market validation through insights and feedback, while giving companies a deeper understanding of the Silicon Valley mindset.

Through our unique network of mentors, investors and entrepreneurs, participants gain honest, practical insights into what it takes to become investor-ready and succeed globally.

TINC: Cracking the Silicon Valley code – a fast track to scaling globally

  • Price per company: NOK 25,000 – does not include a conference ticket for the Rock Health Summit on 14 October (optional).
  • The programme fee includes the pre-programme and one week in Silicon Valley with workshops, presentations and one-to-one mentoring.
  • Travel and accommodation are not included.

The market visit will be conducted in English, and everyone who registers their interest will be contacted

Eligibility to participate
To be eligible to participate, your company must acknowledge and meet our requirements for responsible business conduct and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance). You must operate in accordance with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. This includes conducting business responsibly, respecting human rights, providing decent working conditions, protecting the environment and preventing corruption. You must carry out your own due diligence assessments (risk assessments) to avoid harm and manage potential risks through appropriate internal control systems and guidelines. If we identify serious breaches of these requirements, we may terminate the agreement with immediate effect.
