The results are reflected in, among other sources, the Karrierebarometeret survey, in which business students rank the employers they find most attractive. Since the student survey was first conducted in 2012, we have consistently ranked highly and have taken the top spot for five consecutive years!

Best reputation

According to the 2025 Universum Reputation Index, Norwegian students have a high level of trust in us. We rank third among 220 organisations, behind Microsoft and Strawberry, and have the strongest reputation of any public-sector organisation.

Reputation is assessed across six parameters: leadership, sustainability, innovation, products and services, market success and purpose.

'Students are tomorrow's specialists, leaders and entrepreneurs, and will play an important role in Norway's capacity for innovation in the years ahead. We are pleased that our future customers have a positive impression of us,' says Karina Birkeland, our HR Director.

A friendly working environment

An annual survey by Universum of business and economics professionals has ranked us among the top employers many times. We were also among the ten most attractive employers in 2025.

'It is wonderful to receive recognition for our work to create a great workplace with a forward-looking culture. Many talented professionals see us as a very attractive place to work. That makes me proud and happy,' says Birkeland.

A friendly working environment, competitive pay, varied responsibilities and managers who support professional development are highlighted as the most important factors when business and economics graduates choose where to work. Respondents also report that corporate social responsibility and efforts to promote equality are becoming increasingly important.
