Only Equinor and DNB rank ahead of us on the list. This puts us one place higher than our fourth-place ranking in last year's survey. We are followed by SpareBank 1, Google, Aker Solutions, the Norwegian Armed Forces, PwC, the Norwegian Tax Administration and Kongsberg Gruppen.
Compared with previous years, this year's survey shows that government and public-sector organisations have become somewhat more attractive.

At the top alongside major players

Charlotte Renshusløkken, our HR Director, believes this year’s ranking confirms that we are a highly sought-after employer, competing strongly with significantly larger and well-established organisations in Norway.
'Attracting and retaining talented employees is essential to our development as an organisation and our ability to fulfil our important role in society. Ranking among the top three in this category shows that we have every opportunity to continue building a strong Innovation Norway team. This is great news for both our customers and our employees!'
