We are taking 'One Way In' to the next level

'One Way In' reduces the time you spend searching for information about public-sector support for business development, helping you quickly connect with the right organisation.
We are continuing to develop the 'One Way In' solution in close collaboration with Siva, Eksfin, the Research Council of Norway and the county authorities in Agder and Vestland. More organisations, including the Norwegian Industrial Property Office and Enova, will join the solution during the autumn.
'We know that many people find it difficult to navigate the business support system. We were originally established to give companies a single point of entry to this system. Now we are making it even easier to find the right support. Together with our partners, we look forward to developing ‘One Way In’ further, bringing more organisations on board and scaling up the solution so that more businesses can access it,' says our CEO, Håkon Haugli.
Our experience from the pilot we launched in 2022 shows that many businesses are referred to local first-line business development services. At local level, there is a diverse range of organisations, including business incubators, startup centres and others. 'One Way In' could potentially connect many organisations with a large number of businesses, which could make the solution complex. Close dialogue with customers throughout the process is therefore essential, while we develop the solution gradually to ensure it delivers the intended impact. We are also adopting new technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve the accuracy of our referrals to different support schemes and organisations.
